We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team in Manila. As an Associate Director, you will play a critical role in driving the overall sales strategy for our Fintech business, focusing on achieving significant business growth and expanding our footprint in the region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling enterprise software solutions to banks and financial institutions, with a deep understanding of their workflows and challenges. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating closely with the Presales team to present our solutions to prospects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region
  • Managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborating closely with the Presales team to prepare and present proposals to prospects
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the market, including size, potential, competitors, and pricing dynamics
  • Partnering with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns to increase pipeline in designated countries

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma with 15+ years of software selling experience in the financial industry
  • Proven track record of success as an individual contributor to the banking software industry
  • Vast experience in selling enterprise software solutions (Finance, Reg, Risk & ALM) to banks and financial institutions
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers (CFO & CRO)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A willingness to travel as and when required
