Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-driven and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for applicants and our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix platform
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack channel
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable individual
