    We're seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. In this fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for:

    • Making outbound calls to engage potential customers
    • Scheduling consultations between contacts and our Sales Team members
    • Accurately inputting data into our system
    • Representing our organization professionally during interactions with contacts
    • Ensuring all calls meet our standards and requirements
    • Delivering reports efficiently and on time
    • Participating in process-improvement initiatives
  2. Required Skills and Qualifications

    To excel in this role, you'll need:

    • At least 2 years of successful experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or a similar capacity
    • Exceptional listening and verbal communication skills
    • A strong internet connection
    • A designated professional workspace
    • An ability to work a graveyard shift
