Job Title: SharePoint Developer

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and customizing SharePoint Online sites, subsites, lists, libraries, and metadata to support business processes and operations.

  • Configure and Customize: Set up and configure SharePoint Online sites, subsites, lists, libraries, and metadata to support business processes and operations.
  • Develop Page Layouts and Web Parts: Develop page layouts, web parts, and workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Establish Secure Document Libraries: Establish secure and user-friendly document libraries, team sites, and communication sites to facilitate seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Implement User Permissions: Implement and manage user permissions, access levels, and content governance to ensure effective data protection and compliance.
  • Integrate Power Automate and Power Apps: Integrate Power Automate and Power Apps to automate workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Business Units: Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and configure solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support, training, and guidance to SharePoint users to ensure they get the most out of the platform.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of site structure, lists, libraries, and permissions. Experience in setting up SharePoint applications and integrating them with Microsoft 365 ecosystem is also required.

Additionally, the candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, as well as 5 years of experience in configuring and managing SharePoint Online.
