Our US Partner Client is a rapidly growing technology solutions provider specializing in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, Disaster Recovery, and Managed Services.

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administer and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM, to deliver world-class service management across a CMDB with 1,000+ companies.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives—from customer portal improvements to automated workflows that span workplace and cloud environments.
  • Streamline, digitize, and optimize repeatable processes using workflows, configurations, coding, and system integrations for both internal and customer-facing solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth execution, acting as a key liaison with developers when needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of solid ServiceNow administration experience in a domain-separated environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in (order of preference):
  • ITSM, CSM, Domain Separation, Workspace/UI Builder, CMDB
  • Proficient in creating and modifying:
  • Portal catalog items, workflows, flow designer flows, portal widgets, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and more.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Preferred Certifications

  • ITIL Certification
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator
