Job Overview

A Cloud Data Platform Specialist is required to help customers unlock the value of our cutting-edge data platform by working closely with prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present technology vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of technology throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve products and marketing.
  • Be an advocate and develop mutual trust with the technical audience on the customer side.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing sales engineering (tech pre-sales) role.
  • Strong competency in modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, data warehouse/lake, data science, and data apps.
  • Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Hands-on expertise with SQL. Python knowledge is a bonus.
