We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a regional capacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent across SEA using creative techniques and managing the existing pipeline of candidates.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, data analysis, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a flexible attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing top talent through various channels and developing processes around interviewing
  • Managing hiring manager expectations and assessing applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Performing pre-screening calls and interviews to analyze applicant's fit to company culture
  • Leveraging data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
  • Acting as a contact person and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promoting company reputation and learning multiple parts of the organization
  • Creatively finding passive candidates with experience in hiring across Southeast Asia
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in recruitment roles with fluency in English
  • Proven work experience in recruiting candidates for Financial & Accounting, Commercial (Key Account, Business Development, Digital Marketing, etc) related roles
  • Experience closing senior and/or executive-level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages
  • Data driven, able to track, measure, and report on all parts of the recruitment funnel
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for commercial roles
  • Able to work under pressure, flexibility to adapt to fast-moving organizations, and having a good attitude and ability to work as a team
