Job Description

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team and expand our business through freight forwarding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish new relationships with potential customers by conducting telemarketing activities, including cold and warm calls to schedule appointments.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients to confirm scheduled meetings.
  • Identify potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and convert them into valued clients.
  • Accurately update and maintain client information within the CRM system.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of international trade operations from origin to destination.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience in logistics or related industries.
  • Proficiency in using CargoWise or similar systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in freight or logistics is highly desirable.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable individual with effective time management skills.
