Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or any related field.

* 1-2 years of experience in shipping and logistics, with a strong background in freight forwarding is an advantage.

* With existing / sure clients in logistics field is an advantage.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, sales strategy, and the ability to work well under pressure.

* Freight forwarding experience is strongly preferred for this role.

Job Description: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, prospect client meetings/visits; and build relationships with prospective clients, close the lead and win the business. Conducts regular visits/courtesy calls to existing customers; secures new business lanes whenever possible. Attends customer meetings; attends to all inquiries and issues; ensures that all concerns are attended and offers solutions whenever necessary. Prepares and submits quotations to customers. Submits customer reports as required.
