We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our technical support team as a Trainee. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in providing technical assistance to clients and develop essential skills for a future career in technical support.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Collaborate with senior support staff to troubleshoot complex software and hardware problems.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to clients on navigating products.
  • Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in detailed records.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn about software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Loves solving problems and is an analytical person.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
