Overview

Major Aspects:

Oversee and be fully accountable for the P&L and all aspects of business performance, including:

  • OTA (Online Travel Agency) strategies – ensuring maximum visibility and competitiveness across online platforms.
  • Pricing – setting and adjusting rates strategically to optimize revenue.
  • Data analysis – monitoring KPIs, trends, and market insights to make informed business decisions.
  • Recovery plans – developing contingency and turnaround strategies during low-demand or crisis periods.
  • Overall sales strategies – creating and executing sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Promotional initiatives – designing and implementing campaigns to drive occupancy, events, and tenant sales.
  • Customer experience – ensuring seamless, high-quality service across all touchpoints.
  • Operations – overseeing day-to-day operations to maintain efficiency and profitability.
Operational & Business Management
  • Ensure the company's financial viability and smooth operations, including strategizing new business activities and resolving customer issues.
  • Manage inquiries, reservations, bookings, and accommodations for events, functions, celebrations, lifestyle experiences, and recreational activities.
  • Oversee budget management and ensure cost efficiency in property operations.
  • Provide direction and recommendations to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Oversee budget planning, policies, processes, and procedures of the business unit.
  • Sit with each department to clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Customer Experience & Marketing
  • Maintain open lines of communication and close collaboration with all operational teams to deliver a seamless, highly satisfying guest experience, fostering a sense of community and family.
  • Oversee and work closely with the Marketing team to drive promotions, campaigns, and brand presence.
  • Manage end-to-end customer experience with the goal of ensuring excellent customer service.
