Job Title: Crisis Support Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and empathetic customer service agents to provide critical support to individuals affected by disasters.

About the Role: In this position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience through timely and professional interactions. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to type rapidly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
