Quality Advocate Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Advocate to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.

About the Job

As a Quality Advocate, you will play a critical role in designing and executing comprehensive test plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify defects and ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance across all user journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with project requirements, technical specifications, user needs, and risk assessments.
  • Test Execution: Execute test cases with precision, combining manual and automated testing techniques to identify defects and ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance.
  • Test Automation: Develop and maintain basic automated test scripts, working under the guidance of experienced engineers to improve testing efficiency.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Analyze test results to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement, making recommendations for preventing similar issues in the future.
Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Proven experience in software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with at least one programming language for test automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot complex testing issues.
