Customer Advocate Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers with the highest degree of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels while maintaining excellent client relations and problem resolution.
  • Record and maintain detailed client information, ensuring accurate and timely appointments and data entry using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and internal databases.
  • Process payments via platforms such as Stripe and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with coordinating events and special initiatives as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain supply inventory.
  • Utilize multiple screens and perform tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Track and resolve issues effectively, ensuring proper escalation when necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Curiosity, authenticity, and passion for making a difference.
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in call center environments and sales is highly valued.

Proficiency in Google Workspace is required. Promptness, punctuality, collaboration tools (e.g., Slack), quick typing skills, and experience managing tasks across multiple screens are preferred.

Work Schedule:

This role requires full-time 8 hour shifts, Monday - Friday with rotating weekends as needed.
