Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the facilities and administration team in the Philippines
  2. Ensure facility maintenance, health and safety, and security of staff and premises
  3. Manage cafeteria and shuttle services
  4. Maintain critical equipment and infrastructure
  5. Prepare reports, inventory, and compliance records
  6. Handle audits and comply with regulations
  7. Ensure PEZA compliance
  8. Plan budgets and manage vendors
  9. Coordinate guest management and travel
  10. Collaborate with landlords' staff and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. At least 10 years of experience in facilities management, with 3 years in a leadership role in the BPO/Shared Services industry
  3. Must have PCO, BOSH, Safety Officer 3, and Managing Head Certifications

Work Arrangement

Midshift, weekends off; Hybrid, 3 days onsite
