Lead Generation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and well-seasoned professional to fill a Lead Generation Specialist role.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in crafting email blasts, LinkedIn outreach, and booking appointments with key stakeholders.

A background in real estate or urban planning is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

  • Craft and send targeted email blasts and follow-ups.

  • Set appointments with potential clients or stakeholders via email or LinkedIn.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach efforts, and appointment status.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to align lead generation strategies with overall goals.

  • Adapt messaging for different industries, especially in political/government and real estate sectors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (both verbal and written).

  • Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting.

  • Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, email marketing platforms, etc.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

  • Ability to independently research and gather accurate data.

  • Experience engaging with political/government officials is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with real estate and urban planning industries is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
