  • Coordinate with Third Parties: Support insurance companies and other entities with patient account-related questions.

  • Team Collaboration: Cross-train and support your team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold HIPAA guidelines to protect patient information.
  • Exhibit Professionalism: Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and alignment with company values and goals.
