Job Overview

We are seeking a high-performing project leader to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery across multiple departments.

\

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership, creative teams, content specialists, VAs, and client liaisons to build project roadmaps, manage team accountability, and ensure execution stays on track.

\

This is a critical leadership role within a fast-paced, remote organization. The successful candidate will have experience as a project manager or operations lead, familiarity with content marketing, eCommerce, or digital media, and a strong command of English communication.

\

The key responsibilities of this role include building and managing project timelines for content launches, product releases, YouTube content, and client services, tracking and updating tasks in Monday.com or Google Sheets, holding team members accountable to SOPs, timelines, and milestones, communicating daily across teams, coordinating between writers, designers, eCom VAs, editors, and execs, and problem-solving and escalating roadblocks before they become delays.

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead global remote teams, be organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and good under pressure, comfortable working across departments and reporting to top-level leadership, and stable internet (20 Mbps+ required).

Requirements:

\
  • 2+ years of experience as a project manager or operations lead
  • Familiarity with content marketing, eCommerce, or digital media
  • Strong command of English communication (written + spoken)
  • Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to lead global remote teams
  • Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and good under pressure
  • Comfortable working across departments and reporting to top-level leadership
  • Stable internet (20 Mbps+ required)
