Job Description

This role involves overseeing the execution of projects on a global scale, with a focus on ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. As the primary liaison between teams, senior executives, and external partners, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, facilitating meetings, and delivering high-quality results to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain master project documentation, including plans, deadlines, and assignments
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives
    • Communicate program requirements and status to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Support the deployment of departmental and corporate strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Requirements:

    • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
    • 2+ years' experience in project management, leading the deployment of medium to large-scale global projects
    • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively complete project plans and deliverables
    • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Asana, and Visio
