Job Description:

As a senior Scrum Master, you will support our Engineering Scrum Teams and help build high-impact software and features that deliver value to customers. You will be responsible for keeping our scrum teams focused by guiding them, helping clear blockers, and ensuring they have what they need to be successful.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members
  • Keep all parties on track and informed of project progress
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc.
  • Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs
  • Remove roadblocks that can hinder team progress
  • Tweak and adjust team's Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery
  • Coordinate with release planning and deployment activities
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years as a Scrum Master (or in a similar role)
    • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Agile Scrum Master Certification (strongly preferred)
