This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, and implementing effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for BPO services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Set and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of activities and optimize business performance.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of the German market and its challenges.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in retail and e-commerce sectors with understanding of their needs and challenges.
