Financial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to join our team.

This role will be responsible for managing prepayments, vendor payments, and credit card expenses. The ideal candidate will have strong financial operations skills and experience with accounting software.

The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure timely payments as orders progress. They will also oversee credit card expense categorization, process and track vendor prepayments, assist with employee expense reports and reimbursements, and ensure all bills are submitted to the Accounts Payable team for timely entry into accounting software.

  • Assist with financial data entry and record-keeping.
  • Categorize and track credit card expenses in accounting software.
  • Process and track vendor prepayments in accordance with production schedules.
  • Support employees with expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely bill processing in accounting software.

Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will possess 1+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, proficiency in accounting software, and a strong understanding of credit card expense management and vendor payments.
