Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial data, has strong analytical skills, and is able to multitask effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling finance queries, performing daily receipting, monthly bank reconciliations, and bank account administration. Additionally, they will assist in term deposit investment and maturity communication, generate financial reports, and perform monthly cash flow forecasting and management.
In this role, you will also be responsible for year-end financial checks, accrual journals, and financial year budget preparation. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle finance queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform daily receipting, monthly bank reconciliations, and bank account administration
- Assist in term deposit investment and maturity communication
- Generate financial reports and provide analysis and recommendations
- Perform monthly cash flow forecasting and management
- Year-end financial checks and accrual journals
- Financial year budget preparation
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in accounting or a similar field
- At least 4 years of accounting experience
- Experience in budget preparation and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
