Key Responsibilities
  • Decision making regarding business operations and strategies that are being implemented.
  • Team building and development including attracting, developing and retaining top talent.
  • Aligning with our beliefs, values, mission and methods.
  • Minimum 5 years of strategic team leadership and development experience.
  • Prioritizing, planning, delegating and executing department strategies, objectives, projects successfully.
Requirements
  1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or business related field.
  2. Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, and influencing partners at all levels.
  3. Excellent leadership skills that improve team focus, efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Ability to perform robust service management process analysis and recommend solutions.
  5. Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environment operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
  6. Strong emphasis on SRE as an engineering discipline with a focus on automation.
