Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Training Supervisor to lead our training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, handouts, and evaluations.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue setup and equipment rental.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant attendance and feedback.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver specialized training content.
  • Monitor and report on training metrics, including completion rates and participant satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
