We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a luxury wellness retreat in Lombok, Indonesia. As the key figure in this project, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that generates qualified leads from international markets.

Sales Strategy:

  • Drive sales of off-plan villas through targeted online marketing campaigns.
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
