This is a rare chance to lead the marketing efforts of a new luxury wellness retreat in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of building the brand's presence, generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales, and working directly with the founder to shape the strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns
  • Build and grow a strong social media presence across platforms
  • Create a monthly content calendar and optimize Reels, stories, and posts
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space
