Senior Absence and Time Tracking Specialist

As a senior consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment of Workday solutions. Your expertise in absence and time tracking will be invaluable in meeting the specific needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Architect, configure, and test Workday solutions to meet client requirements
- Share expertise with other consultants and coach them on best practices
- Support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients, and speak at conferences
- Collaborate effectively with team members to address complex tasks and requirements
- Current Workday Time Tracking Certification
- 4+ years configuring and implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Project management experience and ability to manage against timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
