
Key Channel Growth Manager

This position focuses on developing and managing the food service channel in assigned areas to drive profitable growth with key customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Determine business opportunities in the designated area to develop the food service channel and achieve sales targets.
- Create and implement Customer Growth Plans for priority "win and protect" customers based on identified growth metrics.
- Negotiate and retain accounts through a strategic partnership program.
- Mentor distributor sales personnel in territory management, customer development, and solution selling techniques.
- Facilitate operational reviews with the HORECA team to provide direction on addressing performance gaps and seizing new opportunities in the assigned area.
Develop targeted action plans and secure necessary support to address performance gaps and optimize results.
