Objective

Strategic Marketing and Sales Leader

The Director will spearhead commercial initiatives, driving business expansion through strategic marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy
    • Lead daily sales operations across various touchpoints.
    • Develop performance tracking tools to enhance sales efficiency.
    • Implement reward and retention programs for top-tier performance.
  • Market Growth
    • Identify new revenue streams through events, alliances, corporate deals, and local partnerships.
    • Pursue untapped customer bases and expand geographic reach.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for long-term expansion planning.
  • Brand & Marketing Excellence
    • Refine a consistent brand message aligned with evolving consumer behavior.
    • Plan and manage 360° marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels.
    • Develop initiatives that deepen customer connection and boost loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales and marketing, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior exposure to managing multi-location or multi-channel operations within food, retail, or consumer lifestyle industries.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms, Google Workspace, analytics dashboards, and content management systems.
  • Proven results in digital campaigns, marketing activations, and commercial growth.
  • A creative problem-solver with data-driven approach and strong execution skills.
  • Adaptable leader who thrives in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Visual design or brand development experience.
  • Strong network in events, hospitality, or influencer marketing spaces.
