Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Description:

We seek a highly skilled and personable customer service professional to handle inbound phone inquiries from customers without internet access, assist with order placements, and answer basic questions related to products and services.

This full-time role is designed for someone fluent in English, quick-thinking, clear and efficient in communication, and genuinely pleasant to talk to.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, be a fast thinker, and have a no-nonsense approach with the ability to get to the point efficiently.

Key responsibilities include handling general inbound customer phone calls, assisting with order placements, providing product information, and answering inquiries related to order status, delivery, and general questions.

Maintaining accurate call and order records is also a critical aspect of this role. Additionally, upholding excellent customer service standards and representing the brand positively are essential requirements.

Requirements:
