
Contact Center Representative

This is an entry-level position for a contact center representative.
We are looking for a customer service professional who can handle phone calls, emails, and chats with customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, or chat requests for information and resolution of issues or sales inputs within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Actively call out to assigned customers to inquire about additional sales opportunities.
- Recognize and route proactive sales opportunities to management when applicable and/or enter opportunity details into the provided tools.
- Follow up on product backorders and order management.
- Maintain and apply product/vendor knowledge applicable to fulfill customer requests and capitalize on add-on solution selling opportunities.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, consultants, and ensure satisfaction with services, monitor and maintain service level expectations, and perpetuate a best-in-class reputation.
- Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
- An Associate's/Bachelor's Degree or formal education/training required such as certification.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal required.
- Strong organizational skills also required.
