Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

The role of a customer advocate is crucial in ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support. As a customer advocate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding products and services.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external teams to handle customer needs, providing excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner, and working with different tools and databases to review data.

Additionally, you will be responsible for executing processes as defined by the client and/or management, and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.

  • Someone who possesses excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as strong phone contact handling skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in email, phone, or chat support.
  • Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in a related field is highly desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to customers.
