The role of People Operations Coordinator is a pivotal position within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • This individual will be responsible for supporting the HR function, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • They will work closely with the People team to provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
HR Administration Tasks
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes (e.g., referral payments, sign-on bonuses).
Systems, Automation & Reporting
  • Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and HR Google Drive, keeping documents up-to-date and accurate.
  • Lattice administration including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations via 'Updates'.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
