This is a mid-senior level full-time position that involves managing client relationships, ensuring seamless operations and optimizing impact on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and onboard qualified agencies and broadcasters to expand our talent pool.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Case Tracking: Record important feedback or inquiries from clients and ensure all cases are resolved promptly.
  • Performance Analytics: Develop a comprehensive understanding of client performance metrics, providing key insights to support operations.
  • Content Creation: Produce educational content for clients based on in-app trends and market analysis.
  • Event Support: Design and launch events that improve overall client satisfaction, conducting reviews based on data provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or management.
  • Strong client relations skills, acting as a liaison between BIGO and clients.
