Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving software and hardware issues remotely with assistance from senior engineers. You will also work directly with enterprise end-users to provide support and implement technology solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Network Monitoring
  • Event Management and Incident Management
  • Diagnosing IT infrastructure errors
  • Troubleshooting network and server issues
  • Maintaining patch and update management
  • Backup management
  • Escalating issues and outages
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum one year of experience in dealing with international clients
  • Experience working with teams of English-speaking countries
