To provide specialized client billing support to projects and project managers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing invoices based on team requests
  • Verifying billing details align with contractual entitlements
  • Preparing credit notes and invoice adjustments
  • Submitting invoices for payment and managing client portals
  • Responding to billing inquiries in a professional manner

Additionally, opportunities exist to identify and implement process improvements.
