Key Business Intelligence and Data Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Key Business Intelligence and Data Specialist to drive our business forward with strategic insights.

  • This role requires a unique blend of technical execution, critical analysis, and operational vigilance to ensure our systems run smoothly and securely.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Integration Monitoring & Maintenance: Oversee the health and reliability of integrations, promptly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Implementation & QA: Implement new features and integrations developing suitable quality assurance plans to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve operational issues across systems, collaborating closely with technical teams and operations teams to achieve efficient solutions.
  • Provisioning & Transmission: Manage SQL-based procurement and movement of critical data flows to enhance organizational performance.
  • Operational Analysis: Analyze system performance and data flows to detect anomalies, misalignments, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Documentation & Process Management: Safeguard and future-proof operational processes through maintaining high standards of documentation, ensuring all procedures are well-documented and up-to-date.
  • Supportive Tasks: Perform data entry and cleaning tasks as required to fix, deploy, or maintain integrations, including bulk updates to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Liaison: Provide exceptional service and proactive communication to internal stakeholders and team members, building strong relationships and collaboration.
Required Expertise:
  • SQL Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to turn complex data manipulation steps into efficient, comprehensible, and resilient code, including reverse-engineering existing code as needed.
  • System Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with business systems integrations, data modeling, data pipelines, and concepts such as APIs and ETL is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to critically assess operational data flows, investigate anomalies, and identify root causes of system issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to ensure data accuracy and reliability, with high sensitivity to edge cases and precision tasks such as mass updates.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach challenges with innovation and resilience, consistently delivering effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Capacity to rapidly understand new business contexts and independently identify next actions with minimal direction.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate operational needs into actionable tasks and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
