Key Responsibilities

- Category Tree Updates: Implement and maintain category tree/spend taxonomy updates as needed.
- Spend Data Uploads: Oversee the central upload and validation of spend data from various sources.
- Information Requests: Coordinate and follow up on data requests from the management team.
- Document Management: Maintain and update SharePoint site and landing pages to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Calendar Coordination: Manage project and team calendars to ensure smooth coordination among team members.
Requirements
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in economics, business, or a related field is required.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong digital skills with experience in tools like Excel, SharePoint, and data management platforms are necessary.
- Professional Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
