Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for handling purchase orders, stock allocation, invoicing, and maintaining accurate warehousing documentation. This role will also involve conducting random inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Allocate stocks in the warehouse based on order requirements and stock availability.
  • Handle invoicing tasks, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain proper warehousing documentation to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  • Conduct random inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and help identify discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year degree course.
  • Relevant experience in warehousing or inventory management.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits:
