Project Manager in Insurance Industry

The role of a Project Manager in the insurance industry presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong drive to lead projects that transform the industry.

  • You will oversee and manage the implementation of new and existing projects within our operations.
  • Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead project planning sessions with the internal team and client's staff to establish clear goals and timelines.
  • Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to drive business growth.
  • Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with expertise in insurance domain knowledge.
  • Strong client-facing experience is essential, along with excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical skills are a plus, particularly in areas relevant to insurtech.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle, from initiation to completion.
