Job Title: Digital Community Director


About the Role

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy to engage our online community. This involves developing and publishing content that is both informative and captivating.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on current trends and audience preferences to ensure our online presence remains relevant and effective
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our brand reputation
  • Produce high-quality content including text, images, videos, and news articles for daily publication
  • Monitor and analyze SEO metrics as well as web traffic data to inform future content decisions
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to maintain consistency in branding across all platforms
  • Respond promptly to follower inquiries and engage in meaningful conversations to foster a positive online community
  • Maintain and update the design and appearance of our social media accounts to reflect our brand's identity
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as a social media coordinator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience in content management systems
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to deliver creative and engaging content
  • Solid knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with various online marketing channels
  • Knowledge of web design principles and best practices
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
