Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to spearhead our efforts in process optimization, data-driven decision making, and strategic growth.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data sets from various digital platforms.
  • They will create comprehensive reports and dashboards that empower cross-functional teams to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • This role involves effective communication with stakeholders, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze large datasets from digital marketing platforms to identify trends and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Create data-driven reports and dashboards that enable marketing and other teams to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze digital processes and identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve specific business goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Extremely tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
