A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Data Analyst, or a related field is preferred. You should have a good understanding of HR processes, HR systems, or data analysis acquired through 3-4 years of relevant working experience in HR, HRIS (HR Information System), HR Business analysis, or HR project management.

Main Responsibilities
• As a Digital HR/SuccessFactors Specialist, you will contribute to enhancing efficiency and ensuring the delivery of important corporate-wide projects.
• Your responsibilities include tracking and redirecting cases to the relevant SMEs, supporting projects and initiatives across the organization, and managing tasks with supervision and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) / Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs).
• You will also draft user guides, project documentation, system configuration workbook, UAT scripts, knowledge articles, etc. in written and visual formats, recommend procedure modifications or improvements as appropriate, and contribute to a culture of service excellence and support continuous improvement.
