Digital HR/SuccessFactors Specialist | 12 months contract (Junior-MidLevel)

We have a global presence with over 1800 professionals across 20 offices worldwide, serving over 800 institutional investors.

As a key member of our dynamic Digital HR team, you will be responsible for managing HR systems and supporting users globally. Your primary focus will be on enhancing efficiency and ensuring the delivery of important corporate-wide projects.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Provide analysis and resolutions to answer queries related to HR systems as a tier 1 support.
  2. Track, route, and redirect cases to relevant SMEs using standard procedures and common sense, escalating unresolved questions to the next level of support.
  3. Support projects and initiatives across the organization, including data retention rules, annual performance, and development management.
  4. Enter system configuration data into relevant systems and serve as a 2nd line of defense regarding data quality.
  5. Support releases and scheduled system upgrades, performing system acceptance testing.
  6. Manage tasks with supervision and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) / Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs).
  7. Draft user guides, project documentation, system configuration workbook, UAT scripts, knowledge articles, etc. in written and visual formats.
  8. Recommend procedure modifications or improvements as appropriate.
  9. Contribute to a culture of service excellence and support continuous improvement.
  10. Perform other duties as required.

What We Expect

  1. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Data Analyst, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Good understanding of HR processes, HR systems, or data analysis acquired through 3-4 years of relevant working experience in HR, HRIS (HR Information System), HR Business analysis, or HR project management.
  3. Deep focus on customer service, employee experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  4. Agility and eagerness to learn HR systems and obtain system certifications.
  5. Proficient in English both written and verbal.
  6. Adept with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. HR system certifications are an advantage, and prior experience as a super user of HR systems is desirable.
