Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Technician to join our team. As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, converting, calibrating, repairing, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Final Test, Wafer sort, and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes.


About the Role
  • Responsible for the setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Final Test, Wafer sort, and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes.
  • Responsible for first-level verification of yield and QA failures in manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  1. Set up, convert, calibrate, repair, perform preventive and predictive maintenance on automated test handlers.
  2. Verify yield and quality assurance (QA) failures in manufacturing.
  3. Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams.
  4. Document through the MIPS process.

Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and ability to interpret schematic diagrams.
  • Familiarity with test equipment setup and operation.
  • Able to operate the equipment and perform simple setups and conversions.
  • Graduate of Electronics Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related vocational course.
