Job Description

As an equipment maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, converting, calibrating, repairing, and performing preventive and predictive maintenance on automated test handlers used in Final Test, Wafer sort, and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes. This includes sub-assemblies and related components or parts. You will also verify yield and QA failures in manufacturing, troubleshoot setups, perform basic tester debugging, and document through the MIPS process.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and report any malfunctions or issues with equipment to facilitate timely repairs.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to develop and implement efficient maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in electronics or semiconductor industry.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, ability to interpret schematic diagrams, and familiarity with test equipment setup and operation.
