Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Admin Manager to join our team at Alterations Plus Careers. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, implementing effective HR strategies, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive payroll system to ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Provide HR support to management and employees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles with at least 1-3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative operations, including office management, facility management, and procurement.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring smooth HR and administrative operations.
