About the Job:
The role of a Total Rewards Specialist is multifaceted, requiring expertise in compensation and benefits, payroll, and timekeeping. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing benefit programs, monitoring government regulations, and ensuring compliance with Philippine Labor laws. Your primary objective is to provide a positive experience for our employees, fostering a culture of trust and respect.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and oversee employee compensation, payroll, timekeeping, final pay, compensation databases, benchmark compensation, and employee benefits.
  • Research and analyze compensation and benefits trends, government advisories, and other relevant information.
  • Design reports and recommendations for senior executive team based on research and analysis.
  • Ensure accurate, timely processing of taxes for employees.
  • Responsible for resolving payroll issues and disputes.
  • Prepare reports or data analytics to management that support business decisions.
  • Extend work hours when needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years prior experience in the field of end-to-end Payroll and/or Accounting.
  • Extensive experience in both manual and automated payroll processing.
  • Adequate experience with PH compensation labor laws and regulations including statutory benefits.
  • Experience in Payroll Software/HRIS/MS Office.
  • Experience with Total Rewards benchmarking is a plus.
  • Innovating, creative, and solution-oriented to ensure excellent employee experience.
  • Open to working beyond work hours when deemed necessary.
