As a Payroll Executive, you are responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration. Ensures all employees are paid in accordance to local laws and regulations and the Company established processing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviews all new hires and terminations in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and processes any necessary corrections. Processes salary changes (increases/decreases) and calculations of back pay when applicable.
  • Maintains master data and employee files (electronic/paper), handles any employee payroll changes, staff card administration, and manages our incentive program.
  • Coordinates with the payroll outsourcing company in providing them with new hire information, employee payroll changes, and any other required information to ensure employees are being paid correctly and all records are administered accurately in the system.
  • Supports internal colleagues with payroll-related questions and matters, as well as working with external auditors and authorities on issues concerning payroll, fiscal, and social insurance matters.
  • Assists in projects directed by the Payroll Manager.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.
  • Meticulous with problem-solving ability, analytical, and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to interpret and enforce changes in legislative compliance to ensure accuracy of Payroll.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines.

This is a full-time position based in the Philippines Office reporting directly to the Payroll Manager.
